SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Kirkmahoe Parish Hall Committee

to be held at

Kirkton Village Hall

on

Wednesday 23^rd April 2014 at 7:30pm

This Special meeting has been called to agree a minor change to the Constitution to change the end of year for accounts from 21^st November to 31^st December. From 2015 the AGM will take place in February each year.

Objections must be raised with the Committee prior to the meeting.

There are still vacancies on the Committee and nominations for new members are welcome
