Following
the success of this event last year, we present another day of terrific shows
and activities across the four venues of Kirkmahoe - part of the Dumfries and
Galloway Arts Festival. 25 May 2013
Nine Nests: Tom Pow (spoken word) Alex McQuiston (cello) Wendy Stewart (Harp)
An exploration of imaginary nests - part
prose poetry, part natural history and part Borges. The cello, the harp and the
word inter-weave in a "festival of nine lessons" for Springtime. World premiere.

The Amy Geddes Trio

Amy Geddes is at the forefront of contemporary Scottish fiddle playing. She will be joined by Kevin MacKenzie (guitar) and Tom Lyne (double bass). Don’t miss this terrific band, live and unplugged!
