Amendment to Disco! Date is now Friday June 4th

We made a small blunder when announcing the Gala Disco as being on Saturday 5th June - the hall was already booked for something else! so please could you amend your calendars to show that the Gala Family disco is on Friday June 4th at 7pm.

Up and coming Kirkmahoe Events

A quick update of what is happening locally:

Duncow Playing Field Committee AGM is in Kirkton Hall on Thursday 13/5 at 7.30 pm. All welcome

Dalswinton Estate are hosting a Garden Open day on Sunday May 16th in aid of Kirkmahoe Church and Scotland's Garden Scheme.

Kirkmahoe Gala - we are busy getting the Gala organised, a flier will be going out to everybody shortly, there will be a family disco on Friday June 4th when the Gala Shepherd and their attendants will be inaugurated

Kirkmahoe Gala is on Sunday June 13th - please can you help?
- we need people to help set up on Saturday 12th
- to serve at stalls/stands
- as stewards
- to help take everything down

We also need donations - baking, bottles, books, plants, bric a brac. This is a community effort, Community Coucil will share proceeds with local organisations that are taking part - Duncow School PFA, Kirkmahoe Church, Kirkton Hall

There is a bottle of Champagne on offer to the person who sells the most Prize Draw tickets!
